I learn by building. Since getting into Web3 in 2019 and AI more recently, I've taken projects from a first idea through development to conversations with real users.

I co-founded HashNest, event and social media analytics for organisers, I'm building Purser on my own, payment controls for AI agents, and I build my own tools with Claude Code, from a portfolio risk and tax dashboard to an AI agent that runs my study planning.

      Built the AI prospecting and outreach pipeline and ran customer discovery: around 30 potential users contacted, a 23% response rate, 4 discovery calls and 3 written interviews.

      Building it on my own: designed the product concept and MVP architecture, and ran targeted outreach to validate the problem and gather early feedback.

      Helping a high volume of customers in a fast-paced retail environment, resolving queries and complaints calmly. Trusted to support peak trading periods and help train new team members, working 17 hours a week alongside my studies.
